Praise the Lord! Praise God in his sanctuary! Psalm 150

Music is an important part of worship at Trinity. All are welcome and invited to participate, whether by participating in the congregation’s singing of hymns in worship, or by participating in ensembles, or by singing or playing solos.

Organist/Choir Director - Nicholas Carroll

TLC Praise Band Director - Don Robinson

TLC Choir

TLC (Trinity Lutheran Church) Choir sings about once a month, and has a brief rehearsal after the 10:00 service each week.  Singers of all abilities are welcome.  If you can’t make weekly rehearsals all year round, but are willing to sing for the Festival Services at Christmas and Holy Week,  you can come to rehearsals as you are able.

Canterbury Ringers

The Canterbury Ringers our handbell choir meets on Tuesdays at 6:45 PM in the choir loft for a forty-five minute rehearsal. The Canterbury Ringers perform about once a month and on special occasions.

TLC Praise Band

This group includes youth, young adults as well as more seasoned members.  Together, we enjoy making music to praise God using a variety of musical styles.  Contemporary Christian, ancient hymns with updated tunes, Taizé music and even old rock classics have been used in worship by the Band.

The TLC Band rehearses on Sunday afternoons a few weeks before the services the Band will lead.  In January, February and March, the band helps to lead the Healing Service at area nursing homes and in the summer months, leads outdoor worship services in the evenings one weekend a month.  It is exciting to see our young people grow in their musical skills, in their ability to contribute to worship planning - and in their faith walk – all through the gift of music!
